Kisan Sabha is a digital platform connecting farmers with agricultural resources, market information, and government schemes. The target user base in rural Uttar Pradesh had limited technology exposure, requiring on-ground engagement and community-level adoption strategies.
Enrolling 8,000+ farmers onto a digital platform in areas with limited technology literacy. Managing a distributed 25-member field team across multiple villages with minimal digital infrastructure. Driving community technology adoption among non-technical users while maintaining data accuracy and enrollment quality.
Operating Constraints
Limited technology literacy among target users required in-person onboarding for every enrollment. Field team operated across multiple dispersed villages with unreliable connectivity. No existing technology adoption precedent in the target communities.
